- If the Penthouse Suite is booked with the two double rooms, the total area is 90m²
PRICE INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Prices are per flat per day, with a minimum stay of 7 days. The price is valid for 4 persons. For each additional person we charge a surcharge of 45,00 € per person per night. For all guests above the age of 14, there is a local tourist tax in the amount of € 2,50 per person per night.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the flats are ready for check-in at 3 pm.
- Children under 3 stay free.
- If staying for less than 4 nights, we apply an extra charge of 15% for a short stay
- No pets are allowed In our holiday apartment near Brixen / Bressanone . We ask for your understanding.
- Meals are optional
- Final cleaning, energy and additional costs are included in the price.
- Free „Slow Dolomites Card“ entitling you to free use of public transport and certain cable cars, as well as free or heavily discounted access to guided hikes and tours, tastings, activities and cultural events. It also includes free entry to swimming pools, the Luson tennis court and many other highlights.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months prior to arrival.
Between 3 months to 4 weeks before your date of arrival, we charge 4 days of the stay.
Within the last 4 weeks before your date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking.

As a special service and in order to save money, we offer Roter Hahn cancellation protection.

Means of payment
Since 1 January 2023 it is not permitted to pay in Italy with more than € 4.999.99 in cash. The following means of payment are permitted: non-transferable cheque, bank transfer.
